Andrew Hauptman is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Andell Holdings, LLC.  Mr. Hauptman has oversight of the entire firm’s investment, operating and entertainment businesses.
 
Mr. Hauptman is owner and Chairman of Major League Soccer's Chicago Fire and serves as Chairman of Storage Mobility, the nation's largest franchisee of Portable On Demand Storage (PODS). He also serves on the Board of Directors of several privately held and publicly traded companies including Canyon Ranch Holdings. In addition, Mr. Hauptman serves on the Board of Trustees of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), the Zoe Saidye Hauptman Memorial Fund, The Hauptman Family Foundation and The Charles Bronfman Prize and is a member of the Yale University Council, an advisory board to Yale’s President. He is also Chairman and Co-Founder of City Year Los Angeles. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of numerous companies, including Koor Industries, Dick Clark Productions, Red Door Salons, Sportal and Loews Cineplex Entertainment.
 
Mr. Hauptman has extensive experience in all aspects of the entertainment industry both as producer and as an executive, and produces feature film projects through Andell Entertainment. He is currently at work on two films: “State of Play,” directed by Kevin MacDonald, starring Russell Crowe, which is currently in production, and “Lombardi,” a co-production with the National Football League. His other producing credits include, amongst others, “Safe Men” written and directed by John Hamburg, “Millions” directed by Danny Boyle, and the newly released “Lions for Lambs,” starring Tom Cruise, Meryl Streep, and Robert Redford
 
Early in his career, Mr. Hauptman worked in restructuring and mergers and acquisitions with Alex. Brown & Sons in New York. Later, he worked with Universal Studios in London and played a key role in the oversight of its international operations, focusing primarily on the music and filmed entertainment groups.
 
Mr. Hauptman holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in History from Yale University.
 
In his free time, Mr. Hauptman is an avid tennis player, snowboarder and collector of music. He has extensive travel and cross-cultural experience, having previously done volunteer work for extended periods in both Africa and Latin America.
