We generally aim to acquire and build ownership stakes in select platform companies—established, well-managed, profitable businesses with solid market positions and strong growth potential. We encourage expansion of these companies through internal growth, brand extensions, geographic expansion, acquisitions and strategic alliances. We often target companies in industries where our expertise, relationships and interests enable us to routinely make value-added contributions, enabling them to succeed. Industries of particular interest for us include:  Consumer Products & Services, Sports Related Businesses, Branded/Luxury Goods, Leisure/Lifestyle, Health/Wellness, Media & Entertainment and Real Estate. We generally focus on investments in North America, the United Kingdom, Western Europe and Israel. Although our investment focus is fairly well-defined, since we do not manage any third party funds, we have the flexibility to invest in companies in a variety of industries and geographies.
